The Story of the Single Door
When a person takes the courageous step toward healing, sobriety, or fleeing violence, they shouldn’t have to fight a fragmented system just to survive. Too often, people find themselves being forced to navigate between multiple agencies, telling their story repeatedly or fall through systemic gaps, between housing, legal / justice aid and employment help.
Healing Hearts for Sobriety was founded to break that cycle. We built an umbrella of care a single, compassionate community where a person can find immediate safety, a stable home, legal advocacy, and career readiness all under one roof.
We believe that true recovery isn't just about stopping a behavior; it’s about rebuilding a whole life with dignity, step by steady step.

Our Transitional Residential Supportive Housing provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents can build the skills, confidence, and stability needed for long-term independence.
Our holistic, wraparound approach focuses on individual growth and practical life development, including essential life skills, financial responsibility, employment and career readiness, and meaningful connection to the local workforce.
Through individualized support and professional coaching, residents are encouraged to establish personal goals, strengthen their independence, and prepare for sustainable employment and successful community living.
Support is coordinated through community-based partnerships with qualified professionals and specialized service providers in mental health, healthcare, addiction recovery, and career development.

A safe, supportive place for women and children escaping intimate partner violence, domestic abuse, or trafficking.
New Beginnings provides emergency shelter and second-stage transitional housing designed to help families move from crisis toward safety, stability, healing, and independence.
Through a trauma-informed and compassionate approach, residents are supported in rebuilding their lives, strengthening independence, and connecting with the community resources they need to move forward.
